Job Summary: We seek an experienced Senior Mobile Application Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality mobile applications for government initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Develop cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Implement UI/UX designs using Flutter's rich set of widgets and custom themes.
• Integrate applications with government backend systems, databases, and APIs, ensuring compliance with government standards and regulations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure application stability, performance, and security.
• Optimize mobile applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and other web services.
• Document Code, processes, and solutions for internal teams and government project stakeholders.
• Follow Agile development processes and actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, including bug fixes and performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations related to security, data privacy, and accessibility standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in mobile application development with a strong focus on Flutter.
• Proven experience working on government or public sector projects with a strong understanding of government protocols, security requirements, and compliance standards.
• Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework.
• Hands-on experience with state management in Flutter (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services into mobile applications.
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., SQLite, Firebase, MySQL).
• Familiarity with mobile-specific UI/UX design principles, including accessibility standards required in government apps.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and ability to implement security measures, such as data encryption, OAuth, and JWT.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for app deployment and integration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and mobile application deployment (e.g., Fastlane, Codemagic).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve issues quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with government stakeholders and team members.
• Familiarity with App Store and Google Play Store deployment processes, including compliance with government app publishing requirements.
• Experience working with government backend systems and integration frameworks.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
• Understanding of unit testing and automated testing in Flutter.
