Job Description
About the Role:
CaaStle is hiring for an MIS (Management Information Systems) Reporting Analyst for CP&G (Client partnership & growth) Operations Team. As an MIS Reporting Manager you will be responsible to develop and maintain management information systems that support the organizations decision-making processes. The role requires expertise in Excel, VBA, SQL and a strong background in team management and MIS reporting.
What you ll do:
• Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with business partners to identify reporting needs and ensure that reporting solutions align with business requirements
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting solutions
• Develop a team of analysts, to implement and maintain management information systems
• Develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
• Design and build technical reporting processes to address business issues.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to improve their technical and analytical skills
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in data management, reporting and analytics.
Wed love for you to have:
• BTech or Bachelor degree in Mathematics or Statistics
• 5+ years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a related field
• Strong technical skills in Excel, VBA, SQL, and other data management tools
• Experience managing a team of analysts and working with business partners to identify reporting needs
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI a plus
