Requirements:
• 20+ years of experience in IT operations, supporting environments with 700+ users.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange troubleshooting, and Windows Server management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and SCCM.
• Experience with SAML authentication, Group Policy, and AutoPilot for device management.
• Background in financial services or fintech preferred.
• Responsibilities to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies in dynamic environments.
Duties:
• Design, configure, and support the full Microsoft 365 Suite, including Entra ID, hybrid Exchange, Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune, and related technologies.
• Manage infrastructure related to Windows Server, SQL Server, Active Directory, phone systems, and badge entry systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Lead initiatives for mergers, acquisitions, Disaster Recovery, and communication services, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity.
• Provide technical support for existing infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and offering project support as needed.
• Develop and enforce guidelines, standards, and security protocols while maintaining excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
Salary: $175,000 - $1+5,000
