About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Medical Sales Professional to join our team at Astellas Pharma.
As a Pharmaceutical Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth and market share in the region.
You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
• BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDE SOLUTIONS THAT MEET THEIR NEEDS
• Conduct product training and education programs for customers and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. life sciences, business)
