Senior Marketing Specialist, Non-Acute Customer Engagement
Job Description
As part of our US Medical Products and Distribution (USMPD) business, you will help support market efforts in the non-acute sector, particularly within Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Physician Offices. Your role as a Senior Marketing Specialist will be pivotal in driving growth and ensuring alignment between our offerings and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Become an expert in distribution and non-acute markets to support strategic initiatives.
• Drive projects to completion by prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines effectively.
• Assist team members with daily marketing operations to maintain efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for sales support, contributing to the achievement of annual revenue objectives.
• Understand clinical practices, patient needs, and market trends to inform strategy development.
• Utilize strong financial acumen for logical decision-making in business scenarios.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with teams such as Sales, Finance, Product Marketing, Medical/Clinical Affairs, and others.
• Support essential revenue-driving projects and communicate progress transparently.
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Communication & Storytelling: Strong writing and verbal skills to create impactful messaging.
• Market Research: Experience in identifying and analyzing customer pain points.
• Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects and establish effective priorities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven skills in working with diverse teams across Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
Location: This position is remote and can be based anywhere within the United States. Candidates must be available to work during EST or CST business hours.
Anticipated Salary Range: $68,500 - $78,200
