Job Summary
The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a business environment, with a strong understanding of corporate law and procedures. He/She should be able to create legal defensive or proactive strategies and have a high degree of professional ethics and integrity. The salary for this position is ₹45,00,000 - ₹60,00,000 per year.
Responsibilities
• Provide legal advice and guidance on all kinds of legal matters
• Prepare legal letters, agreements for mergers, acquisitions etc.
• Ensure compliance of laws and regulations for all operations in an organization
• Study contracts and legal documents to make sure that it is in the organization's interests
• Handle lawsuits of the company
