Job Description
BOI is excited to announce an opening for the position of Senior Manager – Sales & Contracting. We are seeking an experienced person who could drive as a client-centric approach, seamless execution, and strong collaboration to drive successful event outcomes and long-term business growth.
Work Location: Andheri (W)_ Mumbai.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA (KRA):
• Sales & Business Growth.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management.
• Product & Vendor Management.
• Operational & Compliance Oversight.
• Technical & Analytical Skills.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to accurately cost MICE events and provide competitive pricing.
• Partnering with DMC for MICE & Fit Rates for Promoting MICE.
• Costing Knowledge.
• Need to hold good knowledge about international / Domestic destination.
• Knowledge of drafting itineraries based on clients’ requirements.
• To be able to handle overall operations across all the stages pre, during and post the group execution.
• Strong follow up on the reporting of Pre & Post MICE Group details.
• To be able to adhere with the processes & work ethics.
• Maintain open communication channels with all internal teams involved in MICE projects.
