This is a critical HR leadership role responsible for managing end-to-end HR Operations across multiple India locations for a large, globally established organization operating in a complex and regulated environment.

An experienced and strategic Senior Manager of HR Operations to oversee and optimize end-to-end HR processes across multiple regions. The role requires strong expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll, benefits, workforce lifecycle management, and stakeholder advisory. This is not a people management role but carries high ownership, influence, and accountability.
