Profile - HRBP / HR Generalist / Talent Excellence

Location - Malad ( Mumbai)

CTC - Upto 15 LPA

Should have 8 -15 years of relevant exp in a BPO

Responsible for end to end life cycle including talent management, Employee Engagement, Strategic staffing, Performance Management, Improving Organizational design.

Employee Grievance Handling

Deployment of Organizational HR policies
