Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Manager – Ecommerce to join our team in Jaipur. This individual will be responsible for managing and scaling our ecommerce operations, driving traffic and conversions through robust digital marketing strategies, and leading a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee end-to-end ecommerce operations across all platforms (own website, marketplaces, etc.).
· Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
· Manage and mentor the ecommerce and marketing team to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
· Collaborate with creative, merchandising, logistics, and tech teams to enhance the online customer experience.
· Drive online sales targets and develop promotional strategies for brand visibility and growth.
· Manage budgets for digital advertising and ecommerce marketing initiatives.
· Stay updated with ecommerce trends, competitor activities, and digital innovations.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
· 6–10 years of experience in ecommerce and digital marketing, preferably in the fashion/lifestyle segment.
· Proven track record of successfully driving ecommerce revenue and managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns.
· Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and SEO tools.
· Strong analytical skills with a performance-driven mindset.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
· Experience with Shopify, Magento, or similar ecommerce platforms is a plus.
