Senior Logistics Analyst (SAP Transportation & Fulfillment)

Job Title: Logistics Analyst (SAP O2C) – Infosys BPM (Permanent Role)

We are hiring a Logistics Analyst (JL3A – Process SME) for Infosys BPM (direct payroll, permanent role).

Key Requirements:
• 3–4 years of experience in Logistics Operations / Supply Chain
• Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
• Minimum 1 year of SAP experience (Mandatory) – SD / MM / FICO / S/4HANA / Fiori
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in BPO/Shared Services preferred (Petrochemical domain is a plus)

Core Responsibilities:
• Manage Inbound & Outbound Deliveries, Shipping Documentation
• Handle Inventory Management, Transportation Tracking, Routing Optimization
• Process Returns, Carrier Invoice Audits, Vehicle Scheduling
• Ensure adherence to SLAs & operational metrics

Additional Details:
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Flexible for rotational shifts (APAC / EMEA / US)
• Work from Office – Mandatory

Note: Candidates with exceptional expertise may be considered for JL4 level

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
