As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in achieving this vision, working closely with our Head Chef and kitchen team to develop innovative and original menu planning. You will be responsible for leading by example, ensuring excellent quality assurance and controlling food preparation and managing waste.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in menu planning and implementation
Develop innovative and original menu planning
Lead by example as a hands-on chef with excellent quality assurance and standards
Maintain high food standards, ensure the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic, and meet personal grooming and appearance standards
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need several years of experience as a Demi Chef or CDP, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. You will have a bright and bubbly attitude, a passion for food, and the ability to lead by exampl
