Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling litigation matters, including court cases and legal proceedings. This will involve analyzing complex legal issues, drafting pleadings and other court documents, and advocating on behalf of the company in court.

Vetting agreements and contracts to ensure they are legally binding and compliant with regulations is also a key aspect of this role. This will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

In addition to litigation and contract review, the candidate will be responsible for conducting due diligence on various projects and transactions to identify potential risks and opportunities. This will involve researching and analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
