Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and support across various sectors including property, contract, commercial, construction, employment, planning, and land development.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.

Liaise with external legal counsel as needed.

Qualifications Skills:

Admitted to practice law in an Australian jurisdiction, with a minimum 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer.

Strong understanding of property, contract, commercial, construction, employment, planning, and land development sectors.

Excellent analytical, communication, disputes resolution and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
