Draft review and negotiate wide variety contracts service agreements vendor agreements customer contracts NDAs MSAs SOWs technology technology SaaS agreements procurement contracts.

Provide legal support business development procurement finance operations teams align contractual terms with business objectives Advise internal stakeholders on risk allocation limitation liability indemnities warranties termination clauses Develop maintain contract templates playbooks internal approval workflows streamline contract management Oversee full contract lifecycle renewals amendments performance monitoring CLM systems digital tools Support resolution pre-litigation disputes coordinate external counsel as needed
