Job Description
As Head of Department - Senior School (Year 11 and Year 12), you will lead the development, articulation, and commitment to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the school department to embed socially just practices in daily school life
Setting high standards for student and staff performance
Actively participating in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development
Forming partnerships with students, parents, other government agencies, and community groups
Being futures-oriented and strategic
Understanding the legislation and policies that impact schooling, especially in relation to students and staff within the school department

Required Skills and Qualifications
