We're currently seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our senior-level private credit fund accounting team.

• Oversee fund administrators and team members to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of fund accounting services.
• Manage multiple funds, including private equity credit funds, and handle complex P&L allocations across various entities.
• Assist teams in performing waterfall calculations and ensure their accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with mandated operational procedures and checklists.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to team members.
• Oversee task allocation and delegation to ensure optimal team efficiency.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within fund accounting operations.
• Manage team capacity to support new business growth.
• Act as a primary escalation point for client inquiries and issue resolution.
">Key Qualifications & Experience:
">
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics (or international equivalent).
• 10+ years of experience in fund accounting, with at least 6+ years in private credit funds accounting.
• Experience in private credit funds, credit fund structures (master-feeder, SPVs, blockers), and cash reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with loan accounting, including JE's, interest accruals, PIK, paydowns, prepayments, defaults, amortization of OID, premium, discount.
• Understanding of loan lifecycle, letter of credit, covenant tracking, and loan settlements.
