Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Lawyer at Clarence Partners located in Bengaluru. The Senior Lawyer will be responsible for providing ongoing legal support for corporations, facilitating investment, MA, and debt deals, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. This role offers the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely.

Qualifications
• Corporate law experience of at least 5 years
• Expertise in deal structuring, due diligence, negotiations, and regulatory adherence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience with AI-infused methods in legal processes is a plus
