Qualifications
• Corporate law experience of at least 5 years
• Expertise in deal structuring, due diligence, negotiations, and regulatory adherence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience with AI-infused methods in legal processes is a plus
