Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Java Lead to lead our Java development team and drive the successful delivery of Java-based projects. As a Technology Module Lead, you will play a pivotal role in planning, designing, and optimizing the migration from a monolithic to a microservices architecture. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and guiding the development team, ensuring code quality, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Additionally, you will be involved in research and development to address clients' current challenges and adapt to their future demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the migration from monolithic to microservices architecture, focusing on optimization, enhancement, and development.
• Conduct research and development on microservices patterns to address clients' current challenges and align with their future prospects.
• Collaborate closely with the manager to understand project priorities and make informed decisions in sprint planning based on business demands and team bandwidth.
• Coordinate with dependent teams to understand priorities and challenges related to upcoming client requirements, proposing solutions and implementation ideas.
• Conduct timely code reviews to refactor and optimize code logic, especially for APIs consuming excessive time, and develop reusable prototypes.
• Work with microservices and design core common modules, such as a validation framework, to ensure the validation of requisites passed across various service providers.
Skills in the Spotlight:
• Proven experience as a Senior Java developer with a strong background in Java programming.
• Proficiency in database systems, including SQL and NoSQL.
• Strong expertise in Java EE, Spring Framework (Boot), Microservices, Restful web services, and JDBC.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns.

Salary: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
