Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT/BPO Recruiter with 5+ years of experience. This role requires someone with a relentless drive to achieve recruitment goals and fill positions with urgency and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT and technical recruitment, with a proven ability to source and attract top-tier technical talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various IT and technical roles.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews and preliminary interviews, to gauge technical proficiency and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain up-to-date candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment.
