Job Description

We’re looking for a Draughtsman with 4+ years of experience who understands the importance of precise working drawings and can bring clarity to design through technical detailing.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings (plans, sections, elevations, and details)
- Translate design concepts into accurate, execution-ready drawings
- Coordinate with designers, consultants, and site teams for drawing updates
- Ensure all drawings are aligned with design intent and site conditions
- Maintain drawing standards, layers, and documentation systems
What we’re looking for:
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (SketchUp/Revit is a plus)
- Solid understanding of construction details and materials
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple drawings simultaneously
- Experience in residential projects is preferred
