Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer located in Noida. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion and meet client requirements. The Senior Interior Designer will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
● You will be an exceptional designer with strong conceptual skills.
● You will be someone who ishard-working or very keen to work on an amazing high end (and high profile) residential.
● You will be managing and developing projects from concept stages through to final installation.
● As an Interior Designer at Nobroker, your responsibilities will range from client front end, brief
understanding and validation to design projects development and coordination from concept to
installation stages.
● You will work closely with Design Lead, Installation partners, Project Managers and suppliers
in order to deliver to Nobroker customers the best interior design experience of their life.
Qualifications
• Space Planning, Architecture, and Construction Drawings
• Interior Design and FF&E
• Experience in designing residential projects
• Proficiency in design software such as , Sketch Up, V-Ray, Auto CAD, and Prolance is goog to have
• Knowledge of current design trends and materials
• Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively communicate design ideas
• Ability to work well in a team and meet project deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
