Senior Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer involved directly with planning, engineering, implementation, and support of enterprise networks and architecture solutions, requiring in-depth technical expertise in areas such as software support, network, voice, mobile, and virtual and physical endpoint domains.

**Responsibilities:**

Oversee identity and access management, including regular audits of directory services, user accounts, licenses, and security controls.
Ensure endpoint and mobile device management compliance through routine reviews and remediation efforts.
Drive ongoing process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency, security posture, and documentation.
Manage and review telecommunications systems, including mobile services and unified communications platforms.
Evaluate and expand single sign-on (SSO) adoption across enterprise applications to improve security and user experience.
Monitor and assess network configurations to ensure redundancy, failover capability, and business continuity.
Identify aging or at-risk technology assets and recommend lifecycle replacements.
Develop and maintain clear technical documentation to support consistency, scalability, and knowledge sharing.
