Senior Human Resources Manager

We’re Hiring: Senior HR / Talent Acquisition Professional

AssistHubPro is looking for an experienced HR professional to lead and manage end-to-end human resource functions while helping us build strong and high-performing teams.

Location: Remote

Preferred candidates from : Delhi Mumbai Chandigarh Bangalore Mohali

Experience Required: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

• Oversee performance management and employee development

• Handle employee relations and HR compliance

• Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development

• Manage HR metrics and provide strategic insights

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor compliance

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
