Senior Human Resources Generalist

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across departments.
• Oversee daily HR operations including attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure implementation and compliance of company policies and statutory requirements.
• Support periodic performance reviews, appraisals, and feedback processes.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal communication drives.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data accuracy.
• Address employee concerns with sensitivity, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Liaise with department heads to understand manpower needs and workforce planning.
• Support HR audits, reports, and policy documentation as required.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Solid understanding of HR operations, policies, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with HRMS platforms.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and discretion.
