Role and Responsibility:

•Developing job descriptions and job advertisements, and screening and interviewing candidates
manage payroll related activities
•Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working
conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits.
•Report to management and provide decision support through hr metrics
•Plan, organize, direct, control, or coordinate the personnel, training.
•Need to handle grievance
•Handle all of the problems related to staffing.
•Work as office administrator
•Creating of SOP, organization structure and plan staffing requirements
•Formulating KPI for each job role and take reporting accordingly.
•Working knowledge of project management tool i.e. ASANA, JIRA
•Assist CEO of the company

•The candidate must have an excellent command over excel.
•Expert in excel (Advance)
•Knowledge of formulas in excel and near sheets
•Quick learner
•Learn project management tool i.e. ASANA, JIRA
