As a Senior Europe Holiday Sales Expert, you are the primary driver of revenue for our premium European portfolio. You will manage the entire lifecycle of high-value itineraries, from initial enquiry to final departure, handling Group Tours, FIT Holidays, Customised Packages, and Premium Family Holidays. Revenue ownership is a core and non-negotiable part of this role. You will carry personal monthly and quarterly revenue targets and be held fully accountable for your pipeline, conversion rates, and margin contribution.
You are a destination specialist who knows Europe intimately. Whether designing a complex 10-day Switzerland and Italy itinerary, explaining the nuances of the Schengen visa process, or upselling a premium rail pass, your expertise builds trust and closes deals. Deliverables and productivity expectations are measured closely at Trip factory. Performance accountability is embedded in our culture, every team member is expected to understand their commercial contribution and grow it consistently over time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound Europe holiday sales enquiries
• Sell FIT Holidays, Group Tours, Customized Packages, Honeymoon Packages, and Luxury Tours
• Design personalized Europe itineraries across Switzerland, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Scandinavia, UK & Ireland
• Guide clients on Schengen & UK visa processes, travel insurance, and documentation
• Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, suppliers, and operations teams for seamless holiday execution
• Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets through consultative selling
Candidate Profile:
• 5+ years of experience in Europe outbound holiday sales
• Strong expertise in FIT, Group Departures, and Customized Holidays
• Excellent itinerary planning and sales conversion skills
• Strong understanding of Schengen visa processes
• Fluent in English & Hindi; regional languages are an added advantage
• Europe travel exposure or end-to-end Europe operations experience preferred
