10+ years of hardware design and development experience, including board-level (PCB) products
5+ years of engineering leadership, product leadership, or technical management experience
Proven track record delivering complex hardware products from concept through manufacturing release
Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams in fast-paced product development environments
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing technical, schedule, and business objectives
Strong customer-facing experience translating requirements into product solutions
Experience working with vendors, suppliers, and contract engineering partners
Responsibilities
This individual will drive product direction, oversee cross-functional engineering teams, and manage product execution from concept through production release
Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for DC/power instrumentation products
Lead cross-functional teams including hardware, software, firmware, FPGA, mechanical, and test engineering
Oversee product development from concept through manufacturing release, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer requirements, and technical goals
Manage multiple concurrent development programs, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate market needs into product direction
Drive engineering excellence through design reviews, verification, validation, and release processes

Background
We are seeking a Senior Hardware Engineering Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of next-generation DC and power instrumentation products. This individual will drive product direction, oversee cross-functional engineering teams, and manage product execution from concept through production release. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of technical leadership, hardware development expertise, and product ownership experience within complex instrumentation or electronic hardware environments.
