Responsibilities

Background
We are seeking a Senior Hardware Engineering Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of next-generation DC and power instrumentation products. This individual will drive product direction, oversee cross-functional engineering teams, and manage product execution from concept through production release. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE required; MSEE preferred).
• 10+ years of hardware design and development experience, including board-level (PCB) products.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership, product leadership, or technical management experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex hardware products from concept through manufacturing release.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams in fast-paced product development environments.

Preferred Qualifications
