The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams. You will oversee the design's production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner. You will also use your knowledge of design software to accomplish these responsibilities.

Job-Type: Full Time ( Not for Freelancer )
Location: Lucknow
Responsibilities:
• Client Handling.
• Quality Images Development.
• Review Creative Briefs, And Pose Questions To Your Coordinator If Clarification Is Required.
• Provide Feedback And Recommendations If A Modification To The Brief Could Improve The Design.
• Execute Graphic Design Requests Efficiently, Based On Each Requirement, And Within The Scheduled Project Timeline. Keeping Tasks In Scope And On Time Is Essential For Us(Our Company).
• Make Sure That Projects Are Completed Accurately Per The Brief. Review All Files Before Submitting Or Share With The Client.
• Be Available To Work Full-Time During Your Scheduled Shift, Respond Promptly To Communications From Team Members And The Coordinator.

• Sketching
• Illustration
• Logo Designing
• Banner Designing
• Marketing Image
• GIF Design
• UI Design
• Knowledge about UI & UX Design
Educational Qualification:
• Design Principle Expert.
• Degree Or Diploma In Design..
• Expert Knowledge Of Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator.
• A Friendly, Positive, Solution-Oriented Attitude.
• A Team Player, Capable Of Giving And Receiving Constructive Feedback And Support.
• Strong Attention To Detail, And The Ability To Review And Assess Creative Briefs.
• Strong Communication Skills, Fluency In English.
• Ads-On Skills- Sketching, Figma ,HTML Ads.
• Should Keep Up With Industry Trends And Adapt Quickly.
Marketing Skills
• Conducting market research to gain a better understanding of current consumer behavior.
