Senior Graphic Designer (2D)
Location: South Delhi, India

About Us
We are a USA-based licensed merchandise company working with leading retailers across the United States. Our team develops innovative consumer products sourced from China and supplied to major retail chains including Spencer’s, Hot Topic, FYE, Five Below, and more.
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer (2D) to join our India office and lead a team of talented designers.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of 6–8 graphic designers
• Create high-quality product presentations for buyers and licensors
• Design product packaging, hangtags, inserts, labels, and retail-ready artwork
• Develop product concepts and packaging designs from scratch
• Prepare blueprints, mockups, dielines, and production-ready files
• Work closely with sourcing and product development teams
• Ensure artwork follows licensor and retailer guidelines
• Coordinate with overseas factories for artwork revisions and approvals
• Maintain design quality, timelines, and project organization
• Stay updated with latest design trends, packaging styles, and retail market standards
Requirements
• Minimum 3+ years experience in graphic design
• Prior experience managing or mentoring a design team
• Strong portfolio showcasing:
• Packaging Design
• Product Mockups
• Product Presentations
• Branding & Layout Design
• Advanced knowledge of:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign
• Understanding of print production, packaging specs, and dielines
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in licensed merchandise or consumer products industry is a big plus
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with US retail brands or licensed products
• Understanding of factory artwork processes and print requirements
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Ability to convert ideas into market-ready products
Job Details
• Position: Full-Time
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Location: South Delhi, India
