As a Senior Government Lawyer in our Information Law Team, you will work collaboratively with business areas to provide practical and solution-focussed advice on information law matters to meet the needs of the department, including in relation to privacy policy implementation and reforms as well as program and legislative compliance. Lawyers also have the opportunity to assess and make decisions on complex and significant FOI requests, and manage review matters with external review bodies such as the Office of Australian Information Commissioner.
