Role and Responsibilities:

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a key role in our backend infrastructure, focusing on complex architecture and coding challenges. You will be responsible for backend coding, strategy, and collaborating with the frontend team to create innovative healthcare products.

Responsibilities:
• Backend Language: Primarily use Go to develop and maintain backend systems.
• Backend Development: Develop scalable, robust backend solutions and maintain technologies.
• Hands-on Coding: Implement end-to-end solutions and integrate seamlessly with frontend systems.
• API Development: Create and implement robust RESTful APIs for integration with third-party services.
• Third-Party Integrations: Integrate external services such as payment gateways, real-time call functionalities, and live communication features.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the frontend team for smooth functionality and user experiences.
• Reliability Scalability: Ensure the scalability and reliability of backend systems to meet healthcare application demands.
• Technical Guidance: Provide mentorship to development teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and contribute to technical innovation within the organization.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years of professional experience as a Backend Developer, with proven success in building complex, scalable applications.
• Proficiency in Go and additional backend languages (Java, Node.js, Python) is a plus.
• Frameworks: Experience with frameworks like Gin, Echo, Spring Boot, Express.js, or Django.
• Database Expertise: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Containerization Technologies: Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker.
• Cloud Experience: Experience with AWS or Azure.
• Software Engineering: Strong grasp of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Problem-Solving Communication: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to motivate and communicate effectively with the team.

Technologies:

Master Level experience in the following technologies is a must:
• Golang, Postgres, gRPC, Redis, RabbitMQ, OAuth2
• Advanced knowledge in the following technologies is a plus:
• Kubernetes, Docker, Gitlab CI/CD, Prometheus, Grafana, Kong, ArgoCD
