• Hands-on Coding: Implement end-to-end solutions and integrate seamlessly with frontend systems.
• API Development: Create and implement robust RESTful APIs for integration with third-party services.
• Third-Party Integrations: Integrate external services such as payment gateways, real-time call functionalities, and live communication features.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the frontend team for smooth functionality and user experiences.
• Reliability & Scalability: Ensure the scalability and reliability of backend systems to meet healthcare application demands.
• Technical Guidance: Provide mentorship to development teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and contribute to technical innovation within the organization.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years of professional experience as a Backend Developer, with proven success in building complex, scalable applications.
• Proficiency in Go and additional backend languages (Java, Node.js, Python) is a plus.
• Frameworks: Experience with frameworks like Gin, Echo, Spring Boot, Express.js, or Django.
• Database Expertise: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Containerization Technologies: Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker.
• Cloud Experience: Experience with AWS or Azure.
• Software Engineering: Strong grasp of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Problem-Solving & Communication: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to motivate and communicate effectively with the team.
Technologies:
Master Level experience in the following technologies is a must:
• Golang, Postgres, gRPC, Redis, RabbitMQ, OAuth2
• Advanced knowledge in the following technologies is a plus:
• Kubernetes, Docker, Gitlab CI/CD, Prometheus, Grafana, Kong, ArgoCD
Note: Preference will be given to candidates with immediate joining availability and experience in Golang development.
