Summary:
• Operational day-to-day general ledger accounting (Navision), accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Ensuring on-time payments to suppliers and posting of incoming payments from customers on a daily basis
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements, weekly and monthly reports
• Preparation of reports & analysis for the business (production)
• Backup for HR Specialist & providing Payroll data to payroll provider
The Role:
• Processing of business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets and general ledger accounting (Navision)
• Booking of bank statements
• Execution of payment runs and reminders
• Support for cash flow & EBIT forecasts, economic analysis
• Reconciliation of general ledger and subledger accounts
• Intercompany reconciliation
• Checking incoming invoices and monitoring the accounts payable process
• Preparation of VAT returns and other external reports
• Maintenance of customers and supplier master data
• Statistics for cities and municipalities
• Substitute for teammates in their absence
Requirements:
• Financial Accounting
• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Knowledge in Local Gaap
• Knowledge of IFRS (preferred)
• Financial Analysis
• HR Processes
• Excellent knowledge of mayor ERP system (Navision preferred)
• Excellent Excel skills
• Several years of relevant experience in a similar position
• Fluent knowledge of English
