Senior Generative AI Engineer

The Senior Generative AI Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad. This role is responsible for designing, building, and deploying generative AI models and tools that enhance internal workflows, client communication, and decision-support systems related to immigration and visa consulting. Day-to-day tasks include developing and fine-tuning large language models, integrating AI solutions into existing platforms, collaborating with consultants to understand business requirements, and translating those needs into robust technical solutions. The engineer will also oversee data pipelines, ensure responsible and compliant use of AI, perform performance optimization, and lead experimentation to evaluate new generative AI techniques. Mentoring junior engineers, documenting solutions, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain reliability, security, and scalability of AI systems are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong expertise in machine learning and deep learning, including experience with generative models such as large language models (LLMs), transformers, and diffusion models.
• Candidates should possess advanced programming skills, preferably in Python, along with experience using major ML and AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Candidates should possess experience in data engineering and MLOps, including model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Candidates should possess skills in prompt engineering, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation, data privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and the capacity to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with immigration consultants, product teams, and leadership.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field are highly beneficial.
• Experience in building AI products in a professional services, legal, or consulting environment, and familiarity with document processing or workflow automation, is an advantage.
