Sr. Financial Analyst is expected to be an individual with strong accounting foundations and skills and should be flexible and able to shift gears when priorities and workloads change. Responsibilities - Responsible for accurate and timely accounting of transactions. - Perform monthly financial statement reconciliations. - Support in preparation of schedules for Financial Statements and coordination with External auditors. - Perform Bills Review and ensure correct accounting & tagging of bills. - Calculation and accounting of Direct costs & Rebate. - Support in monthly book close. • Allocation of Overhead expenses. - Performing Inter-Company transactions recordings and reconciliations. - Assist in Preparing monthly cash forecast. - Perform ad hoc analytics on large/diverse datasets using various tools and techniques. - Compliances for SEZ, GST, TDS and Labor law's requirements. - Payroll verification, reconciliations and processing. - Other duties as required. Qualifications - Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years of overall experience with 1 - 2 years of work experience in Big Four in Audit division or in Industry with a similar role. - Technology expertise (i.e., advanced MS Office suite) - Creative and innovative approach to problem solving. - Demonstrated ability to go beyond what is required to get the job done. - Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required. - Experience with NetSuite will be an added advantage.
