Senior Fashion Designer

We are seeking a Senior Fashion Designer to drive our apparel and garment export business forward.

Our company is a renowned exporter and manufacturer of women's western wear and kids' clothing, with a strong presence in the global market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating innovative fashion collections that meet the latest trends and customer preferences.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop cutting-edge fashion designs for ladies' and kids' garments, staying up-to-date with global fashion trends and customer demand.
Oversee the entire product development process, from initial sketches to final samples, ensuring high-quality output.
Select suitable fabrics and materials for designs, balancing cost efficiency and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with production teams, pattern makers, and directors to bring designs to life as planned.
Stay informed about global fashion trends and incorporate relevant styles into new collections to meet international market demands.
Work with clients, especially international partners, to customize and adapt designs according to their preferences.
Selection Criteria:

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in fashion designing, preferably in manufacturing or export-focused environments.
