• Balance trend relevance with brand identity and long-term design value

Technical Development & Sampling
• Collaborate with artisans and master tailors to ensure premium quality across samples
• Create detailed tech packs with specs for fabrics, trims, finishes, and embroidery

Material & Sustainability

• Translate concepts into campaigns with marketing and styling input

Candidate Profile Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in contemporary wear or luxury unisex fashion
• Strong technical knowledge in pattern-making, layering, and garment construction
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO 3D
• Deep understanding of slow fashion, artisanal work, and multicultural design narratives
• Preferred international fashion education (e.g., Central Saint Martins, Parsons, Polimoda, FIT, NIFT)
• Prior experience in boutique labels or startup environments is a bonus
• Familiarity with sustainable fashion practices and frameworks

Soft Traits
• Aesthetic intuition with business awareness
• Strong communicator and collaborator—especially with artisans
• Enjoys experimentation but executes with structure
• Naturally curious, culturally aware, and emotionally intelligent
