Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and innovate: Drive TailorWorks' bespoke expertise across men's, women's, and kids' wear, ensuring flawless execution of custom designs.
• Client-centric excellence: Offer personalized consultations to understand and deliver on clients' style preferences and needs.
• Team leadership & development: Train, mentor, and upskill the design team with innovative techniques and client-handling skills.
• Operational mastery: Work seamlessly with production, CRM, and tailoring teams to ensure flawless execution of designs.
