We are looking for a passionate and creative fashion designer to join our team in creating new and exciting fashion collections. Key Responsibilities:
• Design New Collections: Create fresh and innovative designs that showcase the latest trends and technologies in the fashion world.
• Fabric Research: Research and select fabrics, trims, and materials for designs that meet the highest standards of quality and style.
• Technical Drawings: Prepare technical sketches and specifications for garment production, ensuring accuracy and precision.
• Pattern Making & Draping: Learn about pattern making, draping, and garment construction techniques to create stunning and functional garments.
• Fashion Shows & Photo Shoots: Assist in preparing outfits for runway shows and photo shoots, ensuring everything is styled and fitted correctly.
• Sourcing & Fabrication: Source fabrics and other materials required for the designs, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
• Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, color palettes, and fabric innovations to incorporate into designs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other design team members, including senior designers, stylists, and fabric experts, to create unique and exceptional designs.
Requirements
• Educational Qualification: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Skills:
• Basic knowledge of fashion design principles.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Creative thinking and an eye for detail.
• Understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and sewing techniques.
• Ability to research and identify fashion trends.
