Job Description
Way Of Working: Mandate 1 :
Hybrid - Employees will come to the office twice or thrice a week at their base location and work remotely for the remaining days
About the Team & Role:
Swiggy Instamart, is building the convenience grocery segment in India. We offer more than 2500 items to our customers within 10-15 mins. We are striving to augment our consumer promise of enabling unparalleled convenience by making grocery delivery instant and delightful. Instamart has been operating in 25+ cities across India and plans to expand to a few more soon. We have seen immense love from the customers till now and are excited to redefine how India shops.
Roles and Responsibilities: -
• Warehouse process knowledge ( Inbound, outbound, Inventory management, reverse logistics)
• Stock audit & reduce shrink
• Manpower management
• Driving process on ground ensuring quality & efficiency
• Coordination with multiple stakeholders for driving overall operations
• Planning & Managing reverse logistics
• Plan and identify root causes of inventory deviation through cause and effect analysis.
• Drive productivity and improve cost efficiency
• FEFO & FIFO Management
• Coordination with Dark Store operations team for smooth material movement.
Preferred Candidate: -
• 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Having F&V experience will be an added advantage.
• Know how of near sheet is must.
• Ability to work as a team player in a target driven work environment
• Should be open to work in shifts ( Day & Night )
