Job Description
• Education: Any graduation- (Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fields is an added advantage)
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in the construction industry in sourcing of inventory and contractors(including labour Contractor) –Preference is in High Rise Residential Apartments
Detailed JD:
• Labour Contractor Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable labour contractors, trade crews, and specialized subcontracting agencies for various construction phases.
• Construction materials/inventory sourcing
• Tender & Bidding Management: Prepare Request for Quotations (RFQs), review contractor bids, conduct commercial evaluations, and lead price negotiations.
• Contract Negotiation & Drafting: Negotiate rates, payment terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) in compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Compliance & Verification: Ensure all contracted labor complies with local statutory requirements, safety standards, worker insurance, and licensing.
• Vendor Performance Management: Monitor contractor productivity, quality of work, and adherence to project timelines; resolve disputes on-site.
• Cost Control & Budgeting: Track labor expenditure against project budgets and report cost variances to the procurement manager.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency in ERP or procurement software (e.g., TallyERP-9).
