Information technology and infrastructure Support – Real Estate Industry 5+ Years Experience

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage end-to-end IT operations in a dynamic real estate environment. The role requires strong expertise in infrastructure, data security, system integration, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage IT infrastructure including networks, servers, hardware & software systems
Ensure data security, compliance, backup & disaster recovery planning
Oversee CRM, property management & financial system integration
Provide technical support, troubleshooting & user training
Lead digital transformation initiatives including AI, automation & cloud solutions
Manage IT projects, vendors, and departmental budgets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT with business goals
Implement real estate-specific tools, analytics, and mobile solutions
Ensure business continuity, risk management & system reliability
Requirements:

5+ years of information technology and infrastructure experience (Real Estate/Construction preferred)
Strong knowledge of networks, cloud, cybersecurity & enterprise systems
Experience in ERP/CRM and system integrations
Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
Location: Pune / Mumbai
Joining: Immediate or within short notice preferred

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
