Brief Job Description:
• Sourcing candidates for filling open positions as well as for satisfying future needs.
• Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
• Drafting & Posting job descriptions
• Assisting in employee development and retention.
• Attending career events, job fairs and assessment centers for finding talented candidates.
• Conducting hiring/ recruitment processes (e.g. screening calls, interviews etc.)
• Preparing job offers

Qualification:
• Any graduate. Candidate with MBA – HR from good institute shall be given 1st preference.
• Should have good working knowledge on Excel, Power Point etc.
• Female candidates preferred

Work Experience and Skills required:
• 4 - 6 Years of experience in core recruitments. Should have worked with companies having employee strength more than 500.
• Should be very good in candidate assessment.
• Should Posses effective communication skills, interpersonal skills, people management skills and a strong personality.
• Ensuring that all the set criteria’s are met for the Role including the shortlisting parameters, relevant experience in handling the role as per job description

CTC Range: 4,00,000 - 5,40,000 per annum. (CTC is not a constraint for right candidate)
