RCM MIS JD
Desired Skills
Must possess US Healthcare RCM operation experience for all functions like Charges, Demo, Rejections, Correspondence, AR, Self-Pay (Patient calling).
Should have minimum of 5 years of experience in working in MIS/Reporting/Business Analyst Team with any RCM companies in India.
Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
Extremely organized and good time management skills
Healthcare domain expertise is a must with extensive exposure to Revenue Cycle Management
Advanced/Expert MS Excel/Macro knowledge is a must.
Should possess RCM reporting/presentation/skillset.
Should be able to work independently and develop various RCM reports that needs to be presented to Internal/external stakeholders.
Work model will be Hybrid- Majority WFH and few cases WFO.
Should have HIGH SPEED Internet connection (BROADBAND setup) at home with 200 MBPS or speed.
Should have power backup facility at home for continuous work without disruption.
Should be willing to work in any shift- Mid Shift/Night Shift (India Time) as per the Business requirement.
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational institute.
Good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Typing speed of 30 WPM)
Job Role
Collaborate with RCM operations team (onshore/offshore) to identify opportunities for cash upside, cash acceleration, and cash loss
Should be able to build reporting dashboards and automate RCM reports (as and where applicable).
Use sophisticated statistical techniques to estimate and predict cash, front end induced errors.
Enable actionable intelligence from the analysis for various teams to improve outcomes.
Design modules for advanced score development and analytical tools.
Should be able to work as an individual contributor in the role.
Ensure reports generated by MIS team in the context of running RCM operations.
Enhance RCM reports with clinical information to enable customers improve their practice operations.
