In the role of Senior Engineering Manager, you will be a vital part of the Leadership team in our Battle Creek, MI Plant. You’ll provide technical expertise and management around capital projects, facility maintenance, construction projects, and much more. By driving our improvement culture with our Kellogg Integrated Work Systems (KIWS) model, you contribute to our growth and success.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
• Reports to Plant Director
• Manages 7 Direct Reports and multiple 3rd party contractors
• Collaboration with Internal and External Partners
