We are looking for Senior Engineer-MEP for our project in Pune West & East. If you feel you have the ability to challenge yourself and want to be ahead of the League then welcome to the world of OUTDOER’s
Responsibilities
• Responsible for Proper execution of all plumbing, firefighting and other MEP activities at site in line with services drawings & projects specifications, along with infra works etc.
• Responsible for adhering to the defined quality standards
• Responsible for doing follow up contractor's staff for allocation of manpower and other resources for completion of daily and Short-Term planned activities.
• Prepare WBS and plan , monitor daily construction schedule
• Support Contractor in mobilising and allocating of resources
• Quality checks w.r.t drawing dimensions & location s, steel reinforcements, Shuttering Quality and soundness of supports.
• Check & Certify RA Bills & Labour Bills.
• Material Planning and follow up for materials and advance receipt of drawings.
• Reconciliation of material consumption and avoid wastages.
• Use value engineering techniques to reduce the cost.
Qualifications:
B.E.Mechanical Engineering , excellent communcaition skills, sound understanding of construction drawings.
Experience:
7 to 10 years of work experience of handling MEP activities at residential or commercial projects. Should have handled complete project life cycle along with project handover.
