Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Engineer - Perception Systems to lead the design and development of high-performance perception modules that power next-generation robotic systems.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
• Architect end-to-end perception systems: data acquisition, preprocessing pipelines, inference engines, and deployment.
• Oversee the integration of perception modules (CV, LiDAR, radar, thermal, etc.) with robotic platforms.
• Drive performance optimization of real-time computer vision and sensor fusion stacks.
Team & Project Support
• Mentor junior engineers and support the technical growth of the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across embedded systems, AI, and robotics.
• Ensure clear and effective communication between internal stakeholders and clients.
Engineering Management
• Set standards for code quality, testing, and continuous integration.
• Lead technical decision-making and milestone planning for perception deliverables.
• Act as a technical POC for clients and internal leadership.
Hiring & Team Building
• Define role requirements, conduct technical interviews, and contribute to building a world-class perception team.
• Help shape our engineering culture through thoughtful hiring and mentoring.
Requirements
Must-Have:
• 5+ years of experience in computer vision, sensor fusion, or robotics perception.
• Proficiency in C++ and/or Python for real-time systems.
• Strong experience with OpenCV, ROS, TensorRT, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience deploying models on embedded or edge platforms (e.g., Jetson, Xavier, Coral).
• Deep understanding of camera models, calibration, and real-time data processing.
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with SLAM, multi-sensor fusion, or 3D vision pipelines.
• Familiarity with embedded Linux, GStreamer, or low-latency video pipelines.
• Prior leadership, mentoring, or hiring experience.
