The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern enterprise IT environment focused on endpoint management, automation, and operational excellence. In this hands-on role, you will support and improve endpoint services across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile platforms while working with technologies including Intune, SCCM/MECM, Automox, and Microsoft Entra ID.
You will play a key role in patching, automation, compliance, and endpoint operations, working closely with security and infrastructure teams to support a large-scale enterprise environment.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity and must be based in Canberra or Sydney (preferred), Melbourne or Brisbane.
The successful candidate must hold an NV1 security clearance or higher.
Responsibilities:
Support and maintain enterprise endpoint management platforms across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile environments
Design and implement patching, remediation, and compliance solutions
Automate operational tasks using scripting and policy-based management tools
Manage endpoint patching and vulnerability remediation activities
Troubleshoot endpoint, identity, and platform-related technical issues
Support application packaging and deployment activities across multiple operating systems
Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes
Develop and maintain operational documentation and support procedures
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and identity teams on endpoint initiatives
Contribute to continuous improvement across endpoint operations and automation practices
As the ideal candidate you will bring:
NV1 security clearance
Experience supporting enterprise endpoint management environments
Strong experience with Windows endpoint technologies including SCCM/MECM and Intune
Experience managing macOS and/or Linux environments in enterprise settings
Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell and/or Bash
Experience with patch management and vulnerability remediation processes
Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and hybrid identity environments
Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP and firewall concepts
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and operational support skills
Ability to work independently in enterprise production environments
Strong documentation and communication skills
