Key Responsibilities
Clinical Safety Operations
• Triage and assess clinical trial case reports
• Monitor Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) and pregnancy reports
• Conduct adverse event reconciliation across all sponsored studies
Documentation and Compliance
• Draft and manage Safety Monitoring Plans (SMPs)
• Review safety sections in study-specific clinical documents
Coordination and Communication
• Liaise with investigators, project teams, and case processors for follow-ups
• Ensure timely collection of relevant adverse event information
